π¦ Reduce Inflammation, Stiffness & Expedite Healing
There are numerous small lymphatic vessels in the hand that drain lymph fluid from the weblike tissue and space around the complex array of bones and joints.
Studies show that they all drain in different directions at first, and then turn and run toward the wrist in different layers, so itβs important to do some focused work around the wrist and each finger.
π¦ Clear a pathway…
Before beginning, activate the lymph nodes in the neck (terminus) and underarm (axillary) and work your way down to your wrist and hand using short and long overlapping sweeps towards the nearest cluster of lymph nodes.
Follow the sequence (distal to proximal)
π¦ Neck (open terminus)
π¦ Underarm (axilla)
π¦ Upper arm
π¦ Elbow
π¦ Forearm
π¦ Wrist
π¦ Fingers

Menstruation: can make period heavier
Nevus (Raised Mole): work around
Low Blood Pressure: be careful of over-use, do shorter sessions
Hyperactive Thyroid: do not work on thyroid directly
Do not use if you have:
Active cancer
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Acute infection or inflammation
