The eyes are the first to show a lack of sleep, whether it’s travel, stress, or purely fun related!
Here is a quick routine that I did after my flight from NYC to Hawaii, which had me waking up in the middle of the night and having to work through the day.
Be sure you work your neck to open and clear the pathways leading from your face before working directly around the eyes. See the previous facial maps to understand the flow and, then have fun with it!
Be gentle around the eyes. You want to engage the tissue to create a slight shift, but avoid over stretching. It’s all about connecting the textured bristles with the skin and sweeping down and outward. Let the brush do the work!!

Active cancer
Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Acute infection or inflammation
