💦 The Lymphatic Brush is my “go to” before, during and after any flight, along with compression socks and trying to get as much movement as I can to prepare my body for sitting in one place for prolonged periods.
I’ve exchanged my window view for an aisle seat, so I can get up during the flight and also, because i drink A LOT of 💦 and you know where that leads 🚽. Avoiding alcohol is also key, so say “bye bye” to those inflight drinks…sorry folks, that’s dehydration. 😢
